Drink plenty of water- Many studies claim that water can do so many good things for you. Staying hydrated helps to prevent headaches,relieve constipationi, energy levels and brain function.  Drinking adequate amount of water can help you to lose weight and also to  keep your skin hydrated. You can add flavor with slices of orange, lemon, lime, or cucumber.
Exercise- At least exercise for 30 to 40 minutes every day. Exercise not only help you to control weight but it also reduce stress, promotes better sleep, boost happy chemicals, improve self-confidence. One can start with cardio running, walking, or swimming then include strength training exercises for all major muscle groups at least two times a week. Examples include lifting free weights, using weight machines or doing body-weight training.
  
Never skip Breakfast- Breakfast is a great opportunity to begin fueling properly for the day. It jump-starts your metabolism and stops you from overeating later. Plus, studies show that adults who have a healthy breakfast do better at work.  It’s a good idea to eat some protein in the morning. Include eggs, muesli, milk, fruits, nuts in your breakfast. Avoid having lot of carbs in breakfast.
                                                                               
Eat healthy and on time- Always keeps minimum 2 hours and maximum 4 hours difference between your meals i.e Breakfast, Lunch, Evening Snack and Dinner. Start your meal with fruits and vegetables i.e the items with less carbs and fat then go for the other items. When you feel full, stop. Even if your plate isn’t empty and even if someone offers you second helpings. Always have your dinner at least 3 hours before you sleep.

Get between seven and eight hours of sleep per night- Good sleep can improve concentration, productivity and allows your mind to tackle those tricky mental challenges. It can also stimulate creativity. Poor sleep can make you fat also poor sleepers have a greater risk of heart disease and strike

Remember that building new healthy habits can take some time. If you skip it once do not worries anyone can skip anything once but never skip twice. Stay focused on your goal.
